Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Pharmacy Training & Development Project (PTDP) services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by PTDP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services Provided
PTDP provides pharmaceutical training courses including but not limited to:
- Pharmacist Assistant Training (Basic and Post-Basic levels)
- Dispensing Course (Act 90-compliant)
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs
- Workshops and practical training sessions
3. Enrollment and Payment
3.1 Enrollment Process
Enrollment is completed when:
- All required documentation is submitted
- Payment or payment arrangement is confirmed
- Acceptance notification is received by the student
3.2 Fees and Payment
All course fees are due before course commencement unless a payment plan has been approved. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
3.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing:
- 90% refund if requested 14+ days before course start
- 50% refund if requested 7-13 days before course start
- No refunds within 7 days of course start
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of PTDP and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission.
5. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. PTDP reserves the right to dismiss any student who:
- Engages in academic dishonesty
- Disrupts the learning environment
- Violates ethical or professional standards
- Fails to comply with institutional policies
6. Limitation of Liability
PTDP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of September 1, 2023, and supersede all previous versions.
